Fitness test
A squash-specific fitness test from the research literature. Signals speed up automatically, and it tells you whether the change from last time is within measurement error or beyond it.
Squash ghosting, measured — not guessed. Test your fitness, get the next four weeks planned, then retest four weeks later.
All features free until 20 Feb 2027 · No account, records stay on your phone · Android phone + Wear OS watch (optional)
Demo — open today’s plan from Home, follow the signals on court, and check the report.
This is the app’s training screen. When one of six cones lights up, go there and back to the T. The triangle at the T is the time left — it blinks in the last half-second. The time is the real round-trip distance to that cone divided by your current level’s speed.

Your test sets the intensity and sets for weeks 1–4. One “How was it?” after each session tunes the next. 15–20 minutes a session.
The first two tests are familiarisation, so they are not compared. Official records start from the third. VO2max is shown only as an estimate with an error range.
Sets to 11 built from real-match rally patterns, with recovery heart rate checked during the 90 seconds between sets.
Choose zones, timers and sets yourself — your way.
Wear OS watch (optional). Shows the levels where you reach 80% and 90% of the peak heart rate measured on court. Without a watch, records and plans work the same.
No account. No developer server, no analytics or ad tools. Heart rate needs separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
All features free until 20 Feb 2027. There are no payments in the app, so you are never charged. We will tell you 30 days before any switch to paid.
